Shipping policy

We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If the United Kingdom is not offered at checkout for an address, we cannot accept that order.

The delivery charge, if any, is shown before you pay. Tracking is emailed when the carrier supplies it.

In-stock products

Snuffle Ball and Cat Window Hammock (Grey and Purple) are dispatched from the current supplier route in China using a tracked service. A recent authenticated supplier snapshot for those rows estimated 7–11 days in transit after dispatch. Allow extra time for processing. Unless checkout shows a shorter estimate, allow up to 14 business days after dispatch. Hammock Pink, the Dog Nail Scratch Board and the Custom Pet Photo Cushion are not currently available to order.

Custom Pet Photo Cushion

This product is not currently available to order. We are not taking payment for personalised cushions until a factory fulfilment route is in place. Do not treat the current product images as a guaranteed factory finish; they are reference-led representations.

Risk

Goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or someone you identify to receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer. Use the Contact page form if tracking shows no meaningful update or an order is late. We get notified and will reply to the email you leave.
